Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this shop or buy from it. The shop is run by Train2Aus (Maayan & Chen), ABN 40 351 192 374, and you can reach us at train2aus@gmail.com.

The products

Every item is printed to order by our print partner. Product photos are digital mockups: the colours on your screen, and the exact placement of the print, can differ slightly from the finished garment.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where we offer one (Australian dollars, Israeli shekels or US dollars), and you're charged in that currency at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout. Import VAT, customs and other charges on international orders are paid by the recipient, as explained in our shipping policy. Payments are processed securely by Shopify, and we never see your full card details.

Your order

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If a mistake in a price or a description slips through, or an item can't be produced, we'll let you know, and you can choose a replacement or a full refund.

Returns and refunds

These are covered by our refund policy. In short: no returns for a change of mind or size, and a free reprint or refund for anything faulty, misprinted or damaged, reported within 30 days.

The designs

The dictionary entries, their Hebrew definitions and the designs belong to Train2Aus. Please don't copy or sell them without our permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee or condition under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer laws of your country, that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
